  • 200G Tamarind Pulp, 200G
  • 150G Blue Earth Foods Coldwater Prawns
  • 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
  • 125G Grissini Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks, 125G
  • - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 250 G Bwfo Ginger Root Dried Cut
  • 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
  • 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in fresh water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 7 ml of olive oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds; toast until aromatic for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Drain the rice and add it to the pan; stir well to coat with oil and cumin seeds.
  4. 4. Pour in 300 ml of water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until rice is cooked.
  5. 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil, then sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the tamarind paste, coconut milk, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt; stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
