- 150G Blue Earth Foods Coldwater Prawns
- 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
- 125G Grissini Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks, 125G

- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 G Bwfo Ginger Root Dried Cut
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in fresh water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat 7 ml of olive oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds; toast until aromatic for 30 seconds.
- 3. Drain the rice and add it to the pan; stir well to coat with oil and cumin seeds.
- 4. Pour in 300 ml of water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until rice is cooked.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil, then sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Add the tamarind paste, coconut milk, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt; stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Add the prawns to the tamarind mixture, ensuring they are fully coated; cook for 5-7 minutes until the prawns are pink and tender.
- 8. Remove the prawn pan from heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander for added flavor.
- 9. Fluff the cooked basmati rice with a fork and transfer it to a serving plate.
