  • 250G Tilda Wholegrain Basmati Rice 250g

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. In a pot, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and toast the cumin seeds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot along with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Cook the rice on low heat until fully done, then fluff with a fork and set aside.
  5. 5. In a pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the ginger and garlic until aromatic.
