Ingredients
- 500G Ghee, 500G
- 1 L Moo Whole Long Life Milk
- - Whole Foods Market Organic Cardamom Powder
- 1 Kg Trade Aid Caster Sugar 1kg
- - Chicken Breast
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 1 kg Rice
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Coriander Powder
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cube the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt to create the marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well; let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it with cumin seeds, salt, and water until fluffy.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and grill the marinated chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.
- 6. Slice cucumber thinly and mix with chopped coriander and a pinch of salt for a refreshing salad.
- 7. Plate the jeera rice and top it with the grilled chicken tikka pieces.
- 8. Serve the cucumber salad on the side for a balanced and refreshing touch.
