Ingredients

  • 500G Ghee, 500G
  • 1 L Moo Whole Long Life Milk
  • - Whole Foods Market Organic Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Kg Trade Aid Caster Sugar 1kg
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1 pack (200 g) Zoff Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cube the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well; let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the rice thoroughly and cook it with cumin seeds, salt, and water until fluffy.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and grill the marinated chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6. Slice cucumber thinly and mix with chopped coriander and a pinch of salt for a refreshing salad.
  7. 7. Plate the jeera rice and top it with the grilled chicken tikka pieces.
  8. 8. Serve the cucumber salad on the side for a balanced and refreshing touch.
