  • 100G Fresh Green Chillies - 100G
  • - Curry Powder Madras Catering Size
  • 50G Rajah Whole Cinnamon Bark 50G
  • 1 L Sproud Barista Pea Protein Milk Alternative
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and rinse the Kolum rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Cook the rice in a pot with 360 ml of water and a pinch of salt, bringing it to a boil then simmering until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped green chillies for about 1 minute, releasing their aroma.
  4. 4. Add the green peas to the pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they soften slightly but remain vibrant green.
  5. 5. Toss in washed and chopped spinach leaves, stirring gently until they wilt, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the Curry Blend and cinnamon over the vegetables, mixing well for a uniform coating of spices.
  7. 7. Pour the pea protein milk alternative into the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly, infusing the flavors.
