- 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
- 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables
- - Mama Sita'S Annatto Powder
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until it runs clear, then soak it for 20 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lamb cubes with curry blend, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat olive oil in an air fryer and spread the marinated lamb cubes evenly in the basket.
- 4. Air-fry the lamb at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway to ensure even cooking.
- 5. While lamb cooks, bring a pot of water to boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the soaked rice until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 6. Peel and slice the carrots into thin matchsticks. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
