- - Jalpur Cumin Seeds
- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
- - Shan Tandoori Masala
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and add vegetable oil, then place the marinated salmon fillets in the pan.
- 5. Cook the salmon on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until lightly charred and cooked through.
- 6. In a separate pan, toast cumin seeds in a little oil until fragrant.
- 7. Add the quinoa to the pan with the toasted cumin seeds and stir well.
- 8. Pour water into the pan, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- 9. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and simmer the quinoa until fully cooked and fluffy.
- 10. Chop the cilantro finely and mix it into the cooked quinoa along with lemon juice for freshness.
- 11. Plate the quinoa and top it with the tandoori salmon fillets.
- 12. Garnish with extra cilantro and serve warm for a flavorful start to your day.
