  • - Trs Ginger Paste
  • 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
  • - Shan Tandoori Masala
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and add vegetable oil, then place the marinated salmon fillets in the pan.
  5. 5. Cook the salmon on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until lightly charred and cooked through.
  6. 6. In a separate pan, toast cumin seeds in a little oil until fragrant.
  7. 7. Add the quinoa to the pan with the toasted cumin seeds and stir well.
  8. 8. Pour water into the pan, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
