- 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- - Mama Sita'S Annatto Powder
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 100G Radish Kimchi, 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then marinate them in a mix of coconut milk, curry blend, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat a grill pan or skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the marinated chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side until charred and fully cooked.
