- 500G Ghee, 500G
- 300G Natco Cashews, 300G
- 1 Kg Trade Aid Caster Sugar 1kg
- - Chicken Breakfast Sausages
- 400 g Curd
- 500G Besan (Gram Flour)
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thigh fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, gram flour, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, coating them evenly, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, ensuring even spacing for uniform cooking.
- 5. Heat oil in a grill pan or tawa over medium heat and place the skewers on it.
- 6. Cook the chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 7. While the chicken cooks, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, roasted cumin powder, salt, and water into a smooth chutney.
- 8. Serve the hot chicken skewers with the refreshing mint chutney on the side.
