- 1L Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Kg Trade Aid Caster Sugar 1kg
- - Chicken Breast
- 300 G Millet Sattu Regular
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean and slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- 2. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, tandoori spice mix, and salt for 20 minutes.
- 3. Rinse millet thoroughly under cold water and cook in a pot with 240 ml of water until fluffy.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan and cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked.
- 5. Dice red bell pepper and cucumber into small cubes for a fresh vegetable mix.
- 6. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked millet, grilled chicken, and fresh vegetables evenly.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a light drizzle of lemon juice for added flavor.
