  • 300 G Millet Sattu Regular
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. 2. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, tandoori spice mix, and salt for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse millet thoroughly under cold water and cook in a pot with 240 ml of water until fluffy.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan and cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked.
  5. 5. Dice red bell pepper and cucumber into small cubes for a fresh vegetable mix.
  6. 6. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked millet, grilled chicken, and fresh vegetables evenly.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a light drizzle of lemon juice for added flavor.
