  • - Ching'S Egg Hakka Noodles
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
  • 70G Le Phare Du Cap Harissa Chilli Paste 70G
  • 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
  • 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
  • 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
  • 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 50G Seafood & Eat It Msc Potted Brown Shrimp

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir-fry the minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the sliced bell peppers and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, Szechuan chili paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar to create the sauce.
  6. 6. Return the cooked prawns to the pan along with the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to coat the ingredients evenly and heat through.
