- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 70G Le Phare Du Cap Harissa Chilli Paste 70G
- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 125 Ml Kikkoman Toasted Sesame Oil, 125Ml
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 50G Seafood & Eat It Msc Potted Brown Shrimp
Instructions
- 1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir-fry the minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Add the sliced bell peppers and snap peas to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, Szechuan chili paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar to create the sauce.
- 6. Return the cooked prawns to the pan along with the cooked noodles. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to coat the ingredients evenly and heat through.
