- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 250 G Sempio Gochujang
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Press and dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes to prepare it for cooking.
- 2. Mince the garlic finely and chop the spring onions into thin slices.
- 3. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
- 4. Coat the tofu cubes evenly with the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan and stir-fry the marinated tofu until golden and slightly caramelized.
- 6. Peel and julienne the carrot and cucumber into thin strips for the filling.
- 7. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves to use as wraps.
- 8. Assemble the wraps by placing tofu, carrot, cucumber, and spring onions onto each lettuce leaf.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the wraps for added texture and flavor.
- 10. Fold the lettuce leaves gently to create neat, handheld wraps.
