Ingredients
- 1 Kg Red Lentils (Masoor Dal), 1Kg
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and cook them in boiling water until soft, about 12 minutes.
- 2. While the lentils cook, cut the carrots and cucumber into thin matchsticks.
- 3. Mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the tangy sauce.
- 4. Drain the cooked lentils and toss them with the tangy sauce until evenly coated.
- 5. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water one at a time until soft and pliable.
- 6. Lay a softened rice paper sheet on a flat surface and place a small amount of lentils, carrots, cucumber, and green onions in the center.
- 7. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the wraps and drizzle with sesame oil for added flavor.
