Ingredients

  • 1Pc White Cabbage 1pc
  • 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
  • 330G Wood Oven Roasted Red Pepper Strips, 330G
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
  • 200 Ml Minus 8 Vinegar Dehydr8, 200Ml
  • 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
  • - Bart Allspice Ground 40g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of shredded cabbage, 2 diced green peppers, 2 diced red peppers, 1 finely chopped hot pepper, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes, then drain any excess liquid.
  2. 2. In a large pot, mix 3 cups of vinegar and 3 cups of sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the drained vegetable mixture to the pot along with 1 tablespoon of ground allspice. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  5. 5. Carefully ladle the hot relish into sterilized jars, leaving a small amount of headspace. Seal the jars tightly and allow them to cool completely before storing.
  6. 6. Serve the relish as a side dish or use it as a topping for your favorite dinner recipes. Makes approximately 6 pints.
