Ingredients
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic Popping Corn Popcorn Kernels
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- - Tata Salt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Chilli Powder Rajah
- 50G Niharti Cinnamon Taj-Dalchini Powder 50g
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot with a lid over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pot and shake occasionally until all the kernels have popped, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of nutritional yeast to create the spice blend.
- 3. Lightly drizzle the popcorn with olive oil to help the spices stick.
- 4. Sprinkle half of the spice blend over the popcorn and toss well to coat evenly.
- 5. Repeat the process by drizzling the popcorn again with olive oil and adding the remaining spice blend. Toss until the popcorn is fully coated.
