- 1 Kg Funkin Mango Puree, 1Kg
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
- 250G Spanish Lemon Honey, 250G
- 200G Natco Coconut Flakes, 200G
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)

- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thigh fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper, and coat the chicken pieces evenly.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
