  • 600G Shazans Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 1 Kg Funkin Mango Puree, 1Kg
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
  • 250G Spanish Lemon Honey, 250G
  • 200G Natco Coconut Flakes, 200G
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 65G Natoora Root Ginger
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
  • - Coriander Seeds Catering Size
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thigh fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper, and coat the chicken pieces evenly.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
