- 500 Ml Dios Baco Pedro Ximenez Sherry, 500Ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 30G & 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Greek Fleur De Sel Sea Salt & Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 30G & 80Ml
- - Chings Red Chilli Sauce
- 250G Adi Apicoltura Organic Orange Honey
- - Tata Salt
- 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons salad oil, 2 tablespoons chili sauce, 1 tablespoon sherry, 1/2 cup honey, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1 minced clove of garlic.
- 2. Add a mixture of vegetables or tofu to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate to marinate overnight for maximum flavor.
- 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- 4. Arrange the marinated mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- 5. Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking. The mixture should be golden brown and cooked through.
