Ingredients
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- 300G Pack'D Organic & Sweet Chopped Mango
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 240G Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce, 240G
Instructions
- 1. Place a wok over high heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil when hot.
- 2. Add 1 diced onion and 1 minced clove of garlic to the wok. Stir-fry until the onion is translucent and softened, about 4 minutes. Remove the mixture from the wok and set aside.
- 3. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the wok. When hot, add 1 diced onion and 1 sliced green pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute until slightly softened.
- 4. Return the cooked onion and garlic mixture to the wok and add 1 pack of chopped mango along with 1 cup of sweet and sour sauce. Stir well and cook until the sauce boils and thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of 4 cups of cooked quinoa. Enjoy your halal sweet and sour stir-fry!
