- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 800G Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock Mix, 800G
- 500G Baker Street Seeded Rye Bread
- 227G Golden Swan Whole Water Chestnuts, 227G
Instructions
- 1. Thaw 1 package of frozen spinach and drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Finely chop 1 water chestnut and set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 package of vegetable stock, the drained spinach, and the chopped water chestnut. Mix well until fully combined.
- 4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5. Cut the top off 1 round loaf of rye bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Pour the chilled dip into the bread bowl.
