Instructions

  1. 1. Thaw 1 package of frozen spinach and drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2. Finely chop 1 water chestnut and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 package of vegetable stock, the drained spinach, and the chopped water chestnut. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. 4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. 5. Cut the top off 1 round loaf of rye bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Pour the chilled dip into the bread bowl.
