- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
- 200G All Things Butter Unsalted Butter
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 300ml British Creme Fraiche
- 300G Orgran Gluten Free All Purpose Rice Crumbs
- 100G Ginni'S Raw Pecans 100g
- 60G Terre Exotique Black Sao Tome Pepper, 60G
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- - Tata Salt
- - Natco Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Butter a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish and set aside.
- 3. Cook 3 cups of spinach in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain thoroughly and press out excess water.
- 4. Melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, sautéed onion, 1 cup light cream, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp pepper. Mix well.
- 6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- 7. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the spinach mixture.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbling.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
