  • 5 Kg Gi Surati Kolum Rice 5kg
  • 1 L Sproud Unsweetened Pea Protein Milk Alternative
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
  • - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
  • 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the Gi Surati Kolum Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, bring 300ml of water to a boil and add the rinsed rice along with a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Cook the rice on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender, then drain any excess water and set aside.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the Fresh Small Green Chillies, finely chopped.
  5. 5. Add the Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio and Indian Spice Company Cinnamon to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds to activate the flavors.
  6. 6. Toss in the Fresh Green Peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Chop the Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch roughly and add it to the pan, cooking until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Pour in the Sproud Unsweetened Pea Protein Milk Alternative, stirring well to create a light masala sauce.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with 1 tsp salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
