- 5 Kg Gi Surati Kolum Rice 5kg
- 1 L Sproud Unsweetened Pea Protein Milk Alternative
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
- - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the Gi Surati Kolum Rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, bring 300ml of water to a boil and add the rinsed rice along with a pinch of salt.
- 3. Cook the rice on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender, then drain any excess water and set aside.
- 4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the Fresh Small Green Chillies, finely chopped.
- 5. Add the Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio and Indian Spice Company Cinnamon to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds to activate the flavors.
- 6. Toss in the Fresh Green Peas and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Chop the Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch roughly and add it to the pan, cooking until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 8. Pour in the Sproud Unsweetened Pea Protein Milk Alternative, stirring well to create a light masala sauce.
- 9. Season the mixture with 1 tsp salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
