Ingredients
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 12 Per Pack Fresh 'N' Free 12 Medium Free Range Eggs
- - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 150G Saitaku Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook 500 g of fresh spinach and 1 finely chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the spinach is wilted and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and onion with 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and the top is lightly browned.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
