Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 12 Per Pack Fresh 'N' Free 12 Medium Free Range Eggs
  • - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
  • 150G Saitaku Panko Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook 500 g of fresh spinach and 1 finely chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the spinach is wilted and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and onion with 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1 large egg, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is firm and the top is lightly browned.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
