  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • - Greenfields Ground Coriander
  • - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
  • 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger for the preparation.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  4. 4. Stir in the minced lamb and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks.
  5. 5. Add tomatoes, ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
  6. 6. Cook the lamb mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the spices blend and the lamb is fully cooked.
  7. 7. In a separate pan, bring water to a boil and stir in the oats with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Cook the oats for 5 minutes on low heat until soft and creamy, stirring to prevent sticking.
  9. 9. Sprinkle garam masala over the lamb and mix well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Combine the cooked lamb keema with the prepared oats, stirring to blend the flavors.
  11. 11. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot for a satisfying breakfast.
