- 200G Tumisan Kari Ayam Paste For Chicken Curry, 200G
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 950G Shazans Chicken Breast
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, spacing them evenly for uniform cooking.
- 5. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- 6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 7. While grilling, baste the skewers with any leftover marinade using a brush for added flavor.
- 8. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
