  • 350 g Laa Frozen Mutton Boneless
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 Kg Jersey Royal Potatoes
  • - Natco Cashew Kernels
  • 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
  • - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
  • 250 G Bwfo Ginger Root Dried Cut
  • 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • 500 G Fine Beans 500g
  • 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
  • 500G Organic Red Quinoa, 500G
  • 200G Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
  • - Schwartz Whole Cloves

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pot and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies, stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1 minute to release the aroma.
  5. 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend with the spices.
  6. 6. Add mutton pieces and sear them on high heat for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
