Ingredients
- 500G Two Chicks Free Range Liquid Egg White
- 150G Toasted Black Sesame Seeds, 150G
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons ground coriander, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper.
- 3. In a medium bowl, beat 3 egg whites until frothy, about 1 minute.
- 4. Add the spice mixture and 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds to the egg whites. Stir well to coat the sesame seeds evenly.
- 5. Spread the coated sesame seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Use two sheets if needed to avoid overcrowding.
- 6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sesame seeds are dry and roasted.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let the sesame seeds cool completely before serving.
