- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 3 Pcs Green Lime 3 Pcs
- 100G Rajah Spices Ground Paprika Powder
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon ground paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper to create the spice blend.
- 3. Rub the spice blend evenly onto all sides of 6 salmon fillets.
- 4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the salmon is firm and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced red onion, and the juice of 1 lime. Mix well and let the flavors meld at room temperature.
- 6. Once the salmon is cooked, serve it topped with the salsa. Reserve any remaining salsa in the refrigerator for later use.
