- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil

- 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil and brush with 2 teaspoons olive oil.
- 2. In a large bowl, toss 3 cups of diced potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread them in one section of the prepared baking pan.
- 3. In the same bowl, toss 3 cups of fresh asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Arrange them in another section of the pan. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper evenly over the potatoes and asparagus.
- 4. In the same bowl, toss 1 teaspoon olive oil with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat. Transfer the asparagus to a separate section of the pan.
- 5. Brush the smoked pork loin slices with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle both sides with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place the pork slices in the remaining section of the pan.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven until the pork is heated through and the potatoes and asparagus are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before serving.
