  • 500 g Onion
  • - Baby Tomatoes

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, and fresh coriander leaves.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground mutton, ginger powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, and rice flour.
  3. 3. Mix the mutton mixture thoroughly and shape into small kofta balls, about 20g each.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
