  • 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander - Bunch
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 65G Natoora Root Ginger
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. 3. Slice the carrots and chayote squash thinly for quicker cooking and uniform texture.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in the air fryer pan and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio and stir for 30 seconds to release the aromas.
  6. 6. Add the red lentils and water to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes until the lentils are tender.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and roast the sweet potato cubes for 15 minutes until golden and tender.
  8. 8. Add the sliced carrots and chayote squash to the lentils and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
  9. 9. Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt to taste.
