- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa and red lentils under cold water to remove excess starch and impurities.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, garam masala, and the cinnamon stick, cooking for another minute.
- 5. Add the rinsed lentils and quinoa to the pan, mixing well to coat them in the spices.
- 6. Pour in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a gentle boil.
- 7. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
- 8. Remove the cinnamon stick, fluff the pilaf with a fork, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
