  • 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • NaN Fresh Coriander Bunch
  • 100G Sichuan Pepper, 100G
  • - Freshskin Beauty Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and red lentils under cold water to remove excess starch and impurities.
  2. 2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in turmeric powder, garam masala, and the cinnamon stick, cooking for another minute.
  5. 5. Add the rinsed lentils and quinoa to the pan, mixing well to coat them in the spices.
  6. 6. Pour in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a gentle boil.
  7. 7. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  8. 8. Remove the cinnamon stick, fluff the pilaf with a fork, and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
