- 25G Natco Mint
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Ground Coriander
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Biona Organic Whole Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
- 500 G Fresh Vine Tomato 500g
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop parsley and mint, and mince garlic cloves.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with parsley, mint, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3. Shape the lamb mixture into small oblong kofta shapes using your hands.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the kofta for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- 5. While the kofta is cooking, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice and finely chopped mint in a small bowl for the sauce.
- 6. Slice cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion; tear romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces for the salad.
- 7. Arrange the salad ingredients on a plate and drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 8. Once the kofta are cooked, serve them hot alongside the minted yogurt sauce and fresh salad.
