- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 500G Shazans Lamb Mince
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté diced onions until translucent.
- 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Incorporate the lamb mince and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
- 5. Sprinkle cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the lamb and mix thoroughly.
- 6. Add the sweet potato cubes to the pan and stir to coat them with the spices.
- 7. Cover the pan with a lid and let the sweet potatoes cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 8. Check the sweet potatoes for tenderness; they should be fork-soft but not mushy.
