- 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- - Greenfields Ground Coriander
- 50G Mill & Mortar Organic Ground Turmeric, 50G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 2. Add the rice to a pot with 300 ml water and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let the rice simmer for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add chopped onion and minced garlic.
- 5. Sauté the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
- 6. Add the lamb mince to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- 7. Season the lamb with ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt, then mix well.
