  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
  • - Tropical Sun Onion Powder
  • - Schwartz Paprika

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp red pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the surface of the meat substitute, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. 4. Place the seasoned meat substitute on a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat substitute.
  5. 5. Roast the meat substitute in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, or until the thermometer registers 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. 6. Remove the meat substitute from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  7. 7. Slice the meat substitute into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a serving platter.
  8. 8. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice and serve immediately.
