- 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
- - Tropical Sun Onion Powder
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp red pepper.
- 3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the surface of the meat substitute, ensuring it is well-coated.
- 4. Place the seasoned meat substitute on a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat substitute.
- 5. Roast the meat substitute in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, or until the thermometer registers 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- 6. Remove the meat substitute from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
- 7. Slice the meat substitute into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a serving platter.
- 8. Garnish with fresh herbs of your choice and serve immediately.
