- 690 Ml Casa Marrazzo Organic Tomato Passata, 690Ml
- - Tata Salt
- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp, and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 2. Rub the spice mixture over 500 g paneer cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3. Heat 3 tbsp cooking oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly brown them on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same Dutch oven, combine 1 1/2 cups cola, 12 oz tomato passata, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tbsp hot sauce. Stir well to create a smooth sauce.
- 5. Return the browned paneer to the Dutch oven, ensuring it is fully submerged in the sauce. Cover the Dutch oven with a lid.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 45 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
