  • - Fritos Original Corn Chips
  • - Por Kwan Tamarind Paste

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 lb grated paneer, 1 cup Jain-friendly chili (made without onion, garlic, or root vegetables), 1/4 cup finely chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp tamarind paste, and 1 tsp asafoetida (hing).
  2. 2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the paneer melts and blends smoothly with the chili.
  3. 3. Adjust the consistency by adding a small amount of water if needed, and continue stirring until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
