  • 100G East End Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 300 G Millet Sattu Regular
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g French Beans
  • - Red Onion Powder 50gm
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 kg Water Chestnuts

Instructions

  1. 1. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add chopped garlic and sliced onions, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. While the chicken cooks, chop carrots and green beans into small pieces.
  6. 6. Add the carrots and green beans to the pan along with a splash of water, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Stir in the cooked millet and mix thoroughly with the chicken and vegetables.
  8. 8. Adjust salt and spices as needed, and cook for 3 more minutes until heated through.
  9. 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve warm.
