- 100G East End Garam Masala Powder
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- - Chicken Breast
- 300 G Millet Sattu Regular
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g French Beans
- - Red Onion Powder 50gm
- 100 g Garlic
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- 100 g Salt
- 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped garlic and sliced onions, sautéing until the onions turn golden brown.
- 4. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. While the chicken cooks, chop carrots and green beans into small pieces.
- 6. Add the carrots and green beans to the pan along with a splash of water, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- 7. Stir in the cooked millet and mix thoroughly with the chicken and vegetables.
- 8. Adjust salt and spices as needed, and cook for 3 more minutes until heated through.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve warm.
