- 2 Kg Natco Moong Dal Yellow 2 Kg
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 400G Natco Mustard Seeds 400g

- 40G Terre Exotique "Extra" Turmeric Powder, 40G
- - Tata Salt
- 70G Natco Ground Cumin, 70G
Instructions
- 1. Soak 1/2 cup yellow moong dal in hot water for 30 minutes to reduce cooking time.
- 2. Boil the soaked moong dal in a pot of water, skimming off any foam, until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.
