- - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and gochugaru.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray and brush generously with the soy-honey glaze.
- 4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- 5. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the spinach.
- 6. Sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then season with salt and black pepper.
- 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the spinach and toss to combine evenly.
- 8. Thinly slice the scallions and set aside for garnish.
- 9. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes before plating.
- 10. Serve the glazed salmon with the sesame spinach on the side.
- 11. Garnish the dish with sliced scallions and an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds.
