  • - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Honey & Mustard Sauce
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru
  • 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
  • - Greenfields Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and gochugaru.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray and brush generously with the soy-honey glaze.
  4. 4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the spinach.
  6. 6. Sauté the spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then season with salt and black pepper.
  7. 7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the spinach and toss to combine evenly.
  8. 8. Thinly slice the scallions and set aside for garnish.
  9. 9. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 2 minutes before plating.
  10. 10. Serve the glazed salmon with the sesame spinach on the side.
  11. 11. Garnish the dish with sliced scallions and an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds.
