  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 100G East End Cumin Whole Seeds
  • 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
  • - East End Premium Gold Chakki Chapatti Flour
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
  • 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
  • 400G Sabarot Cereals & Lentils Mix, 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. Pour the soy glaze over the fish in the pan, letting it simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes while coating the fillets.
  5. 5. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside, keeping it warm.
