Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 cup sherry, and 2 tablespoons soy sauce to create the marinade.
- 2. Place 1 kg chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
