Ingredients
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Soy Sauce - Pouring Pot, 150Ml
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- 50 g Dry Ginger | Sukku | Sonth | Chukku | Sonti | Onashunti Powder 50G
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder, and 1 minced clove of garlic until the sugar dissolves.
- 2. Add 500 g seitan to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- 3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 4. Arrange the marinated seitan on the baking sheet, skin side down. Reserve the remaining marinade.
- 5. Bake the seitan for 15 minutes, uncovered. Then, turn the pieces over, baste with the reserved marinade, and bake for another 15 minutes or until the seitan is heated through and golden brown.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot for a delicious dinner.
