- 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized chunks for even cooking.
- 2. Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, Moroccan spice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- 3. Air-fry the sweet potatoes at 180°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 4. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 5. Heat a pan with a splash of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 6. Add the rehydrated soy protein mince to the pan and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Add soy sauce to the protein mince and mix well to enhance flavor.
- 8. Slice the carrots and cucumber into thin ribbons or sticks for a fresh, crunchy texture.
