- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- 180G Eatlean Protein Cheese Grated
- - Spice Kitchen African & Middle Eastern Spice Tin
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly oil a medium-sized baking dish.
- 2. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under cold water and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender.
- 3. Peel and chop the mooli radish, carrots, and chow chow into bite-sized cubes to ensure even cooking.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and lightly golden.
- 5. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat with the oil and spices.
- 6. Sprinkle the Spice Kitchen African & Middle Eastern Spice mix, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables, stirring well to combine.
- 7. Drain the cooked lentils and layer them evenly in the prepared baking dish as the base of the bake.
