  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • 180G Eatlean Protein Cheese Grated
  • - Spice Kitchen African & Middle Eastern Spice Tin
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Onion Large 1 Each
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly oil a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. 2. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under cold water and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Peel and chop the mooli radish, carrots, and chow chow into bite-sized cubes to ensure even cooking.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant and lightly golden.
  5. 5. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat with the oil and spices.
