- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 148 Ml Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke, 148Ml
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Place 2 salmon fillets, skin side down, side by side in a greased shallow baking pan.
- 3. Sprinkle 4 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp brown sugar evenly over the fillets.
- 4. Drizzle 2 tbsp liquid smoke over the seasoned salmon.
- 5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours to allow the flavors to marinate.
