  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 148 Ml Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke, 148Ml
  • 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
  • 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Place 2 salmon fillets, skin side down, side by side in a greased shallow baking pan.
  3. 3. Sprinkle 4 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp brown sugar evenly over the fillets.
  4. 4. Drizzle 2 tbsp liquid smoke over the seasoned salmon.
