  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
  • 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • - Liquid Smoke Duo
  • 150G Italian Lara Walnut Quarters, 150G
  • 50G Biona Organic Wasabi Style Horseradish Paste
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain the canned salmon and remove any bones or skin. Flake the salmon into small pieces using a fork.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion, and 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish.
  3. 3. Add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  4. 4. Finely chop 1/2 cup of walnuts and 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley. Fold the walnuts into the salmon mixture, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log or ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Before serving, roll the chilled salmon log in the chopped parsley to coat the outside. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
