- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic

- - Liquid Smoke Duo
- 150G Italian Lara Walnut Quarters, 150G
- 50G Biona Organic Wasabi Style Horseradish Paste
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Drain the canned salmon and remove any bones or skin. Flake the salmon into small pieces using a fork.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion, and 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish.
- 3. Add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- 4. Finely chop 1/2 cup of walnuts and 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley. Fold the walnuts into the salmon mixture, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired.
- 5. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log or ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Before serving, roll the chilled salmon log in the chopped parsley to coat the outside. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
