- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- - Thomas Ridley Fresh British Beef Mince
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a skillet, brown 1 1/2 lb of lean ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- 2. In the crock-pot, layer 2 cups of diced carrots, 2 cups of diced celery, 1 cup of green peas, and 1 cup of diced onions.
- 3. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the vegetables.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 2 cans of chopped tomatoes with 1/2 tsp of black pepper and 1/2 tsp of salt. Pour this mixture evenly over the layers in the crock-pot.
- 5. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined.
