- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
- 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak soy chunks in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Cut bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized chunks suitable for skewering.
- 3. In a bowl, mix plant-based yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
- 4. Add soy chunks and vegetable pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or barbecue grill on medium heat and brush with vegetable oil.
- 6. Thread soy chunks and vegetables onto wooden skewers, alternating between the ingredients for a colorful presentation.
- 7. Place skewers on the grill, turning occasionally to cook evenly, until vegetables are tender and edges are slightly charred.
