  • 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g

  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 350G Bean Shoot 350G
  • 250 G Sempio Gochujang
  • 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
  • 100G Top-Op Black Till Sesame Seeds 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the white rice until water runs clear, then cook it in a rice cooker with water following the standard ratio until soft and fluffy.
  2. 2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add tofu cubes, and pan-fry them until golden and slightly crispy on all sides. Set aside.
  4. 4. Peel and julienne the carrot, blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, and rinse the bean sprouts under cold water.
