  • 1 Kg Jj Large Prawns (90/120, 700g Net) 1x1kg
  • 454G Thin Shrimp Egg Noodles, 454G
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • - Thompson & Morgan Broccoli Romanesco Seeds
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and devein the prawns, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. 2. Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Chop the carrot, broccoli, and red bell pepper into thin strips for quick cooking.
  4. 4. Mince the garlic and ginger finely to enhance the flavor of the dish.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
