- 454G Thin Shrimp Egg Noodles, 454G
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- - Thompson & Morgan Broccoli Romanesco Seeds
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Peel and devein the prawns, then rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- 2. Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Chop the carrot, broccoli, and red bell pepper into thin strips for quick cooking.
- 4. Mince the garlic and ginger finely to enhance the flavor of the dish.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 6. Add the prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- 7. Toss in the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes until slightly tender yet crisp.
- 8. Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 9. Stir everything together for 2 minutes, ensuring the sauce coats the noodles and vegetables evenly.
- 10. Garnish with finely chopped green onions before serving hot.
